Welcome to ANGEL EYES! These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of private tour services, including boat excursions, car tours, landmark visits, and wine tasting experiences in Santorini (hereinafter referred to as “the Tour Services”). By booking and confirming a Tour Service with us, you (hereinafter referred to as “the Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

The Company acts as an organizer and provider of private, tailored excursions and tours within the Santorini region, utilizing either private vehicles or private vessels (boats) as specified in the booking confirmation. All services are offered based on the information provided in our promotional materials, subject to these terms and operational capacity.

3. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
3.1 General Availability: All Tour Services are subject to the availability of vehicles, vessels, guides, and specific wine estates or landmark access.
3.2 Boat Tours and Weather: Services involving boats are dependent on favorable sea and weather conditions as determined by the Port Authority of Santorini (or other competent body) and the Captain’s judgment.
If a boat tour is cancelled by the Port Authority or the Captain due to weather/sea conditions, the Client will be offered:
3.3 Wine Tasting/Landmark Access: While rare, access to certain landmarks or wineries may be restricted without prior notice due to private events or operational closures. The Company will substitute any restricted element with an alternative of equivalent quality and value.

Punctuality: Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon departure and meeting times. Delays caused by the Client may result in a shortened tour duration or charges for additional waiting time at a rate of [amount] per [time unit].
Safety and Conduct:
Health and Fitness: The Client is responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake the Tour Services, particularly boat excursions. Clients with serious medical conditions or mobility issues must notify the Company at the time of booking.
Children: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
8. UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES OR FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to acts of God, extreme weather (affecting port operation or safety), fire, flood, labor disputes, civil unrest, political upheaval, government actions, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company (“Force Majeure”). In such events, the Company will endeavor to reschedule the service, but the Client acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages incurred as a result.

This Agreement and the relationship between the Company and the Client shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of [Thira, Santorini] for the resolution of any disputes.
11. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)
The Company may be willing to participate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures in an attempt to resolve disputes without resort to legal proceedings. Information on ADR bodies operating in Greece and relevant to consumer disputes can be provided upon request. Participation in ADR is voluntary and does not affect the Client’s legal rights to pursue resolution through the courts.
Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.
There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.
Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.
We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
